Moving my Mom to Birch Creek Assisted Living last year was the best decision ever. The facility is beautiful, spacious, well staffed and has many amenities. She has been so happy ever since she moved there and has made many friends. She is able to get care with CNA’s on site 24 hrs/7 days a week, kitchen staff carefully plan and prepare meals to accommodate her allergies and medical needs and she’s been on several fun trips and does both indoor and outdoor activities. These are just a few of the many benefits of living at this great facility. Chris the Administrator goes out of his way to make sure the residents needs are met and to answer any questions resident’s family members may have. I feel confident and secure that my Mom is being well cared for while living at Birch Creek!

My parents have been at Birch Creek now for a few months, and they are loving their new home there! This location is a couple hours from us and we are so grateful we stumbled onto it because the facility itself is very nice and well maintained and the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to show kindness in their care and truly go the extra mile to take wonderful care of my parents’ needs. My mother has been living at Birch Creek for over a year now. She absolutely loves it. The facility is great, food is wonderful and the staff is there 24/7 to help her if needed. Every time I call or visit my mom, the staff is super friendly and she tells me how great everyone is. Chris, the manager, always goes above and beyond to help my mom out. I can rest easily at night knowing that my mom is being well taken care of.
